OC is to get him from KC as a "promotion"... Jim Caldwell would really be OC / help Bieniemy as a former HC

In fact, I'm certain I want the next HC to be an ACTUAL HC and not a guy who tries to do everything.

Y'all not hearing / feeling me... it would be akin to Walsh in SF... he would tell his OC's I need a run play or pass play... OC's would make the play call... Walsh's job was feeling out the defense and seeing what they were susceptible to (which type of play) and also knowing what his players were capable of. The point with having a coach like Caldwell involved is he has been there as a HC and been a pretty darn good OC. I want Bieniemy (or whoever is HC) to be like Mike Tomlin in Year 2 with PIT - inspirational, motivational, CHAMPION
