Blackstar12
I didn't watch the 2002 Bucs so I would say the 2013 Seahawks.

Wright was on the roster, but barely played and was a shell of his former self because of a lingering groin injury a few years back. At that point in 1989 it was Lott, Fuller (until he got hurt and was forced to retire), Brooks, McKyer, and Griffin as the starters. Solid secondary. Hmm, maybe I was thinking of the 84 49ers instead. Though that might not be it either because McKyer wasn't around until 86. Oh well, I guess I goofed on this one
patman
The bucs were the speediest good defense, some other defense may have been faster than that just not as good.
LinderFournette
This jags defense plays very fast. Just look at the dline. Campbell and jackson are 2 highly athletic big guys. Jack and telvin might be one the more athletic combos in the league. Ngakoue and fowler are pretty fast. Church/gipson arent true speed guys but they are fast enough(church has a 51 yard td on an int and gipson has a 67 yard int). Ramsey can speak for him self while bouye isnt much slower.
