No doubt Cobb told him how awful the Texans were as a front office. Rodgers used his little leverage and his "get out of jail free" card on his friend and perceived Packer legend, Randall Cobb. It is admirable for Rodgers to do that, and admirable for the organizations (both) to make it happen.
