Great get for the Jags.  Minimal risk taken for a potentially great player if he can keep his head straight.  Jags' defense just became even stronger (on paper at least).

Thats the issue. Its been 3 years since he had his head on straight. And going to be coached by Marrone who he was very vocal about when he left doesnt exactly fill you with hope. Every since he got paid he has been anonymous.

As a Bills fan I find it frustrating that so much talent in him is going to waste, but there is no point keeping a guy who simply cant be bothered.

According to Brandon Beane the Jags initiated the talks today. TC aint messing around.

Also the Bills save 8 million over the next two years. IMO that can be a solid free agent pick up and will be better for the Bills in the long run.

Likely a win-win trade.

With Kyle Williams getting older, it now means they can build an interior D line to their own style.

Awesome. Glad he's off the team. He's overpaid and one puff away from missing an entire season. He's trending more towards Haynesworth territory each season. Perhaps he'll get his act together in Jacksonville; it wasn't going to happen in Buffalo.

Buffalo finally seems to have a management who knows what the hell they're building.
