Not easy obviously. And he did have that nice pass to Cole. But man...when it's not easy is when the actually good QBs earn their stripes.

Though the play action is problematic when there's no actual run action to build it on.

I disagree, good QB's (unless we're talking Russell Wilson and Aaron Rodgers) aren't maneuvering around 2-3 DL in their face right after the snap.

For me, that's where the actually good QBs separate themselves from the "not that bad" guys. They find a way. 

 

Bortles is doing some things now though. Maybe. I hope.
