Pretty much.

He was basically Jimmy Clausen v2.0: snobby attitude, low upside.

Maybe he should go work at McDonald's this time, might have better luck, or could go play tennis.

The dudes track record is insane for a 10th pick overall.  Has any top 10 NFL draft pick been traded, released and moved around so much in just 5 years?  Was with 6 organizations in 5 years, has to be a record for a top 10 pick!

Arizona Cardinals draft Josh Rosen 10th overall 2018, in 2019 the Cardinals draft Kyler Murray #1 overall to take his place and trade him away.

Miami Dolphins trade for Josh Rosen 2019, in 2020 the Dolphins draft Tua Tagovailoa #5 overall and cut Josh Rosen.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers sign Josh Rosen 2020 to the practice squad a few months after signing Tom Brady and possibly think of developing a future starter.

San Francisco 49ers sign Josh Rosen from the Buccaneers practice squad 2020 after QB injuries, 2021 they draft Trey Lance #3 overall and cut Rosen in 2021.

Atlanta Falcons sign Josh Rosen after there backup QB gets hurt 2021.

Cleveland Browns signed Josh Rosen to a 1 year deal in July 2022 after their QB has massive legal issues, terminated the contract in August 2022 and signed him on the practice squad then released him once they brought in Kellen Mond.

Guess he was an economics major, probably will go work at Edwards Jones or something like that, but a team will have an injured QB and would not be shocked if he gets another chance somewhere.
