He'd be a nice stopgap until Hughes is ready for top 4 minutes and we can let Graves walk with little falloff, if any. Plus, it fortifies the blue line for the playoffs. We're up against the cap and Vancouver nor Montreal are going to retain on multiple years of either guy and we're not trading anyone that has the cap hit that makes it possible.
