He can do the designed quick outs to zay and the screens, but when he is asked to take a 5 step drop and read the field - it just ain't happening. Unfortunate. Even the throw to zay for the long gain - it just feels like if he is asked to process quickly during the play and understand route combos vs certain zone defenses, that he crumbles. Or if he gets more experience doing those things, he'll get better. A bit premature to make these judgments just 1/2 game after Roman's departure.
