2024 offseason, a lot of work to do.

Recommended Posts

The embarrassment that is the Eagles franchise that showed itself in the 2nd half of the season is still continuing on strong and its almost March with free agency 3 weeks away....

The Eagles from the front office to the players need to just be honest and show transparency at this point. Whatever happened needs to be addressed and let it be known publicly. The longer they try to keep this on the hush and the more information that slowly gets leaked as the offseason goes on is just going to doom the 2024 season from the start, if the personnel decisions made by the front office didnt already do that.

If Dom really is Siranni's pocket therapist on the sideline.... that is insane.

I feel like they would’ve fired him if he required a parent on the sideline lol. I mean anything’s possible. I see nicks antics as more of ownership feels he needs to calm down than I see them as ownership has an assigned parent

What’s being kept on the hush though? Good ownership should never design plans around a convicted felons vague clickbait

thatd be like trading jalen hurts because of a chris simms evaluation. Even if true the eagles should never bring light to it. They should let idiots talk and make necessary changes behind the scenes. Transparency offers nothing to a business especially in this scenario.

There’s no victory for the eagles in giving this any credence. They already had Adam Schefter squash it. They don’t need anything else. People searching for drama are going to eat it up no matter what they do. But most people would never do something as stupid as to cater to thirsty people. Thirsty people will seek water no matter how much you fill their cup

Disagree.  It's none of "Your buisness" , "My business " or "Anyone's business" but those who were in that lockerroom.  Those involved, Period.

Airing out dirty laundry via the media accomplishes absolutely nothing but to feed the masses. Would make things infinitely worse given today's social media. We deserve to know nothing.

As long as it's been addressed by Lurie, Howie and Nick that's all that matters.

Its not about what we deserve to know but rest assured these questions will continue from the media and fans as long as we dont know what happened. The Eagles can try to sweep this under the rug as much as they want but its not like everyone will forget what happened. This team just had one of the worst meltdowns in the history of the NFL with a locker room that quit after going 10-1. This will be brought up in the OTAs, minicamps, and training camp because information is going to continue to slowly leak, and the truth will eventually come out.

The bolded has been a huge problem with the Eagles since as long as I can remember. They don't handle things well.

Im just saying it would be a good idea for the Eagles to start 2024 with as much of a clean slate as possible. I think the last thing they need is 2 weeks before the season starts they got the players and coaches talking about locker room disfunction from last year, all because theres still questions to be asked as little bits of information is released along the way. It would help the Eagles if they just got most of this out of the way now and not let it linger is what im saying.

It is definitely not our business, but there's a lot of things that happen behind the scenes and semi leak to us and are not handle well at all, it should not be reaching us in any way. But it does, and when it happens it is not properly addressed, unlike how the Steelers handled George Pickens this season and how they addressed it. Now compare it in how poorly we handled the Desai demotion. There's a lot to be learn there.

Mind you as im saying all of this....there is a LOT of pressure on the Eagles to win and compete for a superbowl this upcoming season. The defense is expected to be better, and so is the offense. The coaching is expected to be better. This offense is still expected to be one of the top offenses in the league. The pressure on Hurts and Sirianni to be better is enormous. They need to go into 2024 season with as little distraction as possible.

There is zero evidence that any one thing happened to cause the collapse. Criminals making up stories for clicks doesn't change that. Philly media is cancer and will do whatever they possibly can to stir the pot for clicks. They are already on record explaining why they failed... no matter what they say publicly the media will drag this stuff up for months to come until they win or fire Nick. That is just reality.

The best thing this team can do is ignore the outside noise and pray the new coaches can fix the schematical mess that was our offense and defense. Success kills all outside noise. If they can't win Nick is gone anyways so it will be a ****show regardless.
