But WCO have short passes that can become YAC.  Hill is a field stretcher in Miami.  TO was a field stretcher in SF

Ok? Reid has one of the lowest rates of having 1000 yard WRs. It’s a Reid thing not a WCO thing. Tim Brown and Jerry Rice played their entire careers in WCO and had no problems. Countless others too that I’m not concerned about looking up.

Taking a minute to look over to NCAA and this is quite a development.  Sean Lewis left Kent State as the HC to be the OC at Colorado.  It was a shock then because he was seen as someone who was ascending in the eyes of boosters for bigger programs.  So for this to happen is a MAJOR step back for him.  And just 3 games ago Lewis was getting credit.

The truth is Colorado's OL and RB's aren't that good and it's costing them more then play calling is.  On top of that Pat Shurmur isn't exactly great and has been a disappointment.  And the report being that he's going to slow them down and make them huddle more?  Yikes.

If you ever want to feel better about our offensive situation just take a look at the Panthers. Holy cow that was painful to watch

- drafted Bryce Young over CJ Stroud who is having an incredible rookie season

- gave up their best offensive weapon in DJ Moore to get him

- gave up their chance to get Caleb Williams or Drake Maye next year

Hindsight is 20/20 but would have been so much smarter to just stay at 6, draft Paris Johnson or Jalen Carter, heck even Bijan, keep DJ Moore and get your QB next year.

Bad teams stay bad

Their OL is putrid.

Also their coach is Josh McDaniels JR based on all reports.

interesting seeing the bottom fall out in NE. Seems like the fans are over bill. we didn't reach the consistent greatness of them, but we've yet to bottom out like this(in the W/L column lol) after losing a franchise QB. make a case we've have not had one since 2018. Ben was living on past rep his last few years.

When some of us talk about not knowing what we have in Tomlin, this is what we talk about. BB is possible the GOAT coach but looks like trash these last few years.  Of course you could say that his control over personnel is why, but if Tomlin has had all the pull some feel he's had, then he's good there.

tomlin was handcuffed a bit to say the least with ben being washed yet occupying as much cap as he did. Now though, we have the canada effect. Is that tomlin to blame though?  What about tomlin trying to get better plays fro the offence? Not suer what to make of all this, I just try to tolerate what I can and I don't expect much from the offence

Josh Allen is literally the anti-Kenny Pickett right now. Holy hell. They are going to miss the playoffs because of Josh Allen.

Terry Bradshaw was the anti-Pickett as well.  Some of that is the Bill's playcalling/play book in making Allen play HeroBall all the time.  They need a running game in the worst way.

He's been forcing a lot of throws into windows he shouldn't.  He had one play last night where he had two open guys and didn't pull the trigger.  Then that last pick last night was UGLY.  Only so many of those 11 INT's can be on the play calling and lack of running game. Add in the fumble issues and it's not pretty.

Also - they have a run game.  They just refuse to use it.  James Cooks has a 57.5% succ%, 5/1 Y/A; yet he only has 120 attempts on the year. That's 12 attempts per game.

On the year they have a 254/350 split, so they run it 42% of the time.  That's the only part I blame on the playcalling.  They have it just don't use it.
