He's been pretty good when he plays, for a late round pick making this defense as a "starter". But they haven't really used him, or a SAM LBer in general much i guess. He's got all the tools and looks like a guy who probably should've gone higher in the draft. But he has had some occasional issues with discipline in contain and getting baited with eye candy a bit at times. And that particular run, he didn't exactly look amazing with the fail tackle.
