Blackstar12
Just this offseason alone Darius Leonard- DROY Quinton Nelson- Already one of the best G in football. Braden Smith- Another solid player Ebron- Turned his career around after being labled a bust in Detorit. There’s others but these are the main highlights I wanted to mention. Blackstar12
I just feel like he deserves more credit for turning around a team many thought was one of the least talented team in the NFL.
Forge
It's been a season (and not a full one). You can't grade him after that small a sample. John Lynch is in his second year and it's probably too early to form any opinions

NJerseypaint
One year can be attributed to dumb luck. Consistency will prove if he's good or not.

No question it just feels good knowing the Colts finally have a Competent GM after the Griffin/Pagano era.

Oops, correct. My bad. But yeah, still too early. After his second year as acting GM, Trent Baalke looked like one of the best GMs in football following back to back drafts that produced Iupati, Anthony Davis, Bowman, Aldon Smith, and a number of other starters. 3 years later he was considered one of the worst gms in the game. GMs require a large sample size of at least several seasons before you can really look at them in full scope.

Soko
He tried to hire McDaniels. Need more time, TBD.
Xmad
Give him 5 years, you'll have enough to evaluate him then. 1-3 years can be fluky but if the colts are successful for 5 or more, throw him up there with the DeCosta's and Newsome's of the NFL. ET80
He had an easy act to follow, given that Ryan Grigson might be the worst GM in recent memory. Next few years will tell us, but he's built up a strong foundation for his legacy.
