Ozzy
Freaking bad to the bone, having Iupati and Fluker, probably makes them the most powerful combo of guards in the league in terms of straight strength and run blocking ability. OT Duane Brown/George Fant OG Fluker/ Pocic C Justin Pritt/ Pocic OG Mike Iupati OT Germain Ifedi They got some freaking movers in that group, old school power run game man! Last season, the Seahawks leaned much more on the running game. Kind of like the days when Marshawn Lynch was beast mode. The team had an awesome year on the ground, so hopefully that can improve with Iupati moving people around on the inside.
animaltested
Pocic is probably on his way out. Not sure if he fits what Solari wants to do. He just looked awful in the limited time he was on the field. Jordan Simmons was pretty awesome, shame about the injury. If he can come back, he would definitely be the in the mix. The staff seems to like Joey Hunt as well and he can slide over and play G in a pinch.

Damn, this is a really underrated signing for you guys. Mike has battled injuries for years, but he is one tough SOB who always seems to fight through it. He is a true gamer. Seems like a perfect fit for what you guys want to do. Solari is a good OL coach too, makes sense why that unit was so much better this year for you guys.
