rack is a wildcard substitute for some of these.  He’s doing half of his Town game, while the other half is lacking.  When he’s Town he does this tough talk to show he’s an edgy Townie who won’t be bullied by scum, but keeps it relatively brief or ambiguous, and then retreats.

Rack, what makes you think it is Pickle.  Other than the question you’re asking for clarification. I’m here for a conversation, brother.

I don't necessarily think it is pickle 100% or anything. It started because he was posting in the other mafia game but not here at all which made me think he was purposefully ignoring this game to fly under the radar. So I threw my vote on him and made a bunch of posts about him to see how he would react.

Based on my limited experience with pickle he seems the type to overreact or at least react in some way over someone calling him scum. The fact that he's completely ignored my posts about him makes me somewhat suspicious. It makes me think he could be scum trying to fly below the radar and trying to appear more reasonable than usual. But like I said, I haven't really played with him much so I don't know for sure.

I get the point you're making, but your point is I'm intentionally playing the game a certain way....which is what every mafia player does.

Being aware of how your posts come across is different from purposefully trying to play a certain way. For any post anyone makes some people with think its scummy and some will think its towny.

That's not the point though. When you're purposefully trying to play as town and very quickly claim that you are, that certainly makes you seem scummy.

Multiple people have noted the eccentricities of your postings in this game and commented on it. I find it odd that you have essentially doubled down on what you are doing but without having really defended it or even acknowledged it as something odd. I don't understand how your behaviour is pro town in any way (and honestly, I'm not sure what you were hoping to gain from it as scum either). So you're playing the game a certain way, but I have yet to really see the benefit, particularly in a micro setting
