SLB and WLB have nothing to do with the defensive formation. Littleton was an ILB in their base defense, he's a SLB in ours. He was a WLB in their sub-packages and he's a SLB in ours. Littleton played at a Pro Bowl level the last two seasons in LA and has been one of the worst LB's in the league in our defense this season. But even more then being out of position in terms of where he's lined up, I also think Guenther's scheme just doesn't work and doesn't put our guys in a position to make plays.
