These beverages can be drunk straight or combined with low-carb mixers for more flavor. Wine and light varieties of beer are also relatively low in carbs — usually 3–4 grams per serving. Pure agave tequila (100 percent agave) is low in sugar. It only has 69 calories per ounce and no carbohydrates thanks to the distillation process. Tequila is made from the distilled juice (or sap) of the blue agave plant. The blue agave is similar in appearance to cactus, but is a type of amaryllis. During the production process, fresh juice is added to pre-fermented juice and then distilled, which converts sugars in the plant into alcohol and produces the spirit we know as tequila. Thomas5737
If you're drinking straight hard alcohol, you won't blow your daily carb budget. Hard alcohol — including vodka, gin, rum, tequila and whiskey — has 0 grams of carbs or sugar per ounce. These liquors with no sugar get all their calories from alcohol, and range in calories from 65 calories from a 1-ounce shot of 80-proof vodka to 83 calories for a 1-ounce shot of 100-proof vodka, rum, gin or whiskey, to 100 calories for a 1.5-ounce shot of tequila. So while these drinks don't eat into your total carb budget for the day, you'll still add calories to your daily intake. And if you're drinking an extra 100 calories in hard alcohol a day, that's enough to make you gain almost a pound a month.
LETSGOBROWNIES
Alcohol is its own macro at 7 cal/gr. Liquor is aces for keto, beer is not. I’m good for 1-4 beers without getting kicked out of ketosis depending on the beer.

The calories in vodka(and other liquor) come only from the alcohol itself. Pure alcohol contains roughly 7 calories per gram. For reference, carbohydrates and protein both contain about 4 calories per gram, while fat contains about 9 calories per gram. When counting carbs you calculate "net" carbs. Which means you subtract fiber and sugar alcohols from the total carbs to get the net carbs.
