He hasn't really been horrible as a pass rusher. He's had some hurries and has almost got a few. His edge setting needs some serious work. Makes some bad cuts sometimes. If his bull rush is negated he has no second option. Really struggles to get off blocks. You're right though, he's struggled against the run as well.
