If anything conflicts it goes Other > Mafia > Civ. you’re claiming that’s how you got past a jailkeep if what you’re saying is true, civ couldn’t roleblock/jail mafia because mafia moves go first, and the roleblock/jail would be a conflicting move them like the jailkeep is to you your theory is bunk.
