This is just about the only excuse I could see, but let's be honest, if you're crootin guys who are such sexual assault risks that you need to bring in hooers on day 1, that's a bigger problem. Sure, but the 'at risk' kids are the ground on which college athletics/professional sports were built on, and that hasn't changed all that much.
