This is where it actually gets hard for me. Byard has been elite on the Titans, as have Lewan and Brown, but none of them were particularly good last season.

Dupree and Jenkins were top tier players on other teams, but free agents are hard to assess as far as immediate impact.

All other OLs are solid, but not enough to be this high.

So it’s Simmons or Tannehill, I guess, by process of elimination. Tannehill, for positional value, I suppose.
