Using previous data and having a small sample size reinforce that data is not jumping to conclusions after 3 games.  Its just validation of educated opinions.

I mean there's a reason Memphis is a top 10 team according to the polls, lol.

It's a small sample size but 0-5 without him, and 4-5 with him too.

he's actually been making winning plays in those games too. the pistons absolutely lose to toronto without him. he was the only piston who made a field goal in the last 6 minutes and he went 3-3 with two tough finishes on og. he comes off the bench last night down 82-80, his first four possessions go bucket, assist for 3, bucket, assist for 3 and the pistons are suddenly up 5.

compared to memphis?  they have absolutely proven they are a good team.

No...they haven't. It's the same damn concept lol. Houston is not anywhere near the same team as last year. It's a new year, with a new core. You've proven just as much as Memphis. Why is this so ******* hard for you to grasp?

Yeah I read he's been great in the clutch, and the Pistons are a top 7 4th quarter team or something like that.

they havent proven anything yet is my point.  just like these rookies.

So based on this logic, college basketball shouldn't even have preseason rankings. Rankings are projections early in the season and Memphis, who has 2 of the best players in the country, projects to be better than Houston. The talent gap between you guys is enormous.

Houston replaced 3 All-Conference players including the AAC POY and yet they're proven... It's hilarious that he won't give it up.
