Should have traded him to you when you offered me a fifth. I held on too long wanting to see what he became

Yeah I was glad to get him as a later waiver claim just for this purpose. I don't have a Rookie Cap Pool to deal with so will take a shot.

Is anyone want to step up and run the BDL draft thread this year since Pheltz normally did it?

@bcb1213 still good for the PFA draft in early May?

If it was in two weeks I would because I don’t work. Will be too hard for me to keep updated during work. Not that this comment helps anything but just in the future if it aligns with my week off I will run it. Last year or two years ago it did (not completely sure).

Do you get 4 weeks every year?

Yes. Next year it will be 5 since I will hit my 10 year Anniversary.

My company went to a Day 1 starting 3 weeks vacation about 5 years ago.

Nice! Do you lose the days at the end of year? Do they roll over or can you cash them out?

We can carry a week over if we want but then I'd have to find time to use it the following year. I normally don't have an issue as I try to spend a week per quarter but am behind this year. Last year I ended up using 2 weeks because I was ill at the end of the summer. We do get a week of Sick time too that can also be used as vacation.

It sounds like a lot but very stressful job so need those weeks to recharge.
