Rams go on the road to Raymond James against the Bucs had a 27-3 lead in the 3rd quarter and literally started fumbling the game away. The Bucs almost came back to win but the Rams made the plays at the end to win. 6) Bucs got to host the Superbowl against a Chiefs team that had no OL to protect Mahomes and as a result Mahomes was pressured the most times by any QB in NFL history in a game and the Bucs won the Superbowl. Rams get to host the Superbowl against a Bengals team that OL is probably the worst OL in the NFL and as a result Burrow has been sacked the most times this entire season and I could see the Rams pass rush doing the same thing to him that the Bucs did to Mahomes in the Superbowl to win. stl4life07 Posted January 31, 2022 Share Posted January 31, 2022 Now by no means Im comparing OBJ to AB bc they are totally different players. Im just saying what people thought about AB when the Bucs signed him last season. Even Arians really didnt want him but Brady wanted him so thats why he ended up on the Bucs. People said OBJ was a diva receiver and always talked about his off the field incidents and plus this perception of how he threw Eli and Baker under the bus. People thought he would come in and ruin the Rams locker room and then throw Stafford under the bus. OBJ has been a life saver this season in the same way AB was a life saver when he was on his best behavior for the Bucs last season. I do think moving forward OBJ will continue to fit great with the Rams if they do keep him and I truly hope the Rams keep both him and Von. There was a plan before Woods got hurt that McVay was going to run 4 wide receiver sets with Kupp, Woods, OBJ, and Jefferson. Id love to see that happen and I think OBJ want to stay in LA so its going to be up to the Rams to try to keep him. Plus that could allow them to slowly bring back Woods from injury next season. Having OBJ will make it such that they wont have to rush Woods back. Make sure he is 100% healthy and if its by Week 1 of the regular season or Week 4 of the regular season or even longer then do so. But OBJ is vital and he is no where near what AB is but the perception of OBJ coming to the Rams this season was similar to what people said about AB going to the Bucs last season.
