Frenchie, Billy Butcher, and Mothers Milk stood no chance, even with Billys laser baby Homelander proved that his laser eye ability was much stronger and disinigrated Billy. A: because ksj (mesmer) dug up dirt on pickle, and the flavor was that homelander actually does the killing.
