If not he can switch the play to the other side or switch t a completely different play. If Adams is on the outside 1v1 with no safety help and they have a run play called do you think McDaniels is going to get upset if Carr and Adams go off script? Probably not. Like I said McDaniels has noth9ing he can do, outside of calling a timeout, once they break the huddle. Now Carr is the coach on the field. If McDaniels cannot trust Carr at this point then McDaniels needs to go because his ego is to fragile or Carr needs to go because he is not good enough.
