When the board was purchased/funded by the fans as a result of the team being done with it, there are two moderators that will allow race baiting, poking fun at dead relatives, etc by some posters, but then turn around and ban people for using an emoji. Not a joke.

Even people that have nothing to do with the lot of us agree it's a major issue.

None of you will have issues with us. I'm very confident with that.

If it isn't already apparent, we're all pretty active and have literal years of time over on the other site. I'm "newer" compared to some and I've been there for a good 7 years now.

Not being secretive, but we are talking about a 25+ year history on that board, when it was still attached to the official team site, and then the members rallied together to create a new board in its image when the Eagles decided to close it down in April of 2020.

I will summarize for now, the moderation was not up to par, and you had anonymous moderators, so you could have a disagreement with a poster, and that poster could have been a moderator and you would never know.

One of the great things about this site, is the moderators are not anonymous.

Ok, makes sense. Thanks for the clarity. You guys gotta understand. We’re the last standing from an era of this site that we were doing 100 page random talk in 24 hours. Since then it’s died down so much. There’s only a solid 10-15 or so of us posting relatively often. It’s just an odd influx. Perfectly fine to have you guys. We’re a welcoming group. Something about 4 or 5 new posters and the number of posts since joining sent up some red flags to me. All good though. Get comfortable, happy to have you.

Well activity won't be an issue. We like to  discuss football I'm general and not worship just one player. Schemes, history, coaching styles. We can do all that no problem

You guys would have fit right in 10-15 years ago. It’s subdued now but I still get my Eagles geekdom fix here. You all will be fine. And it looks like @Nabbs4uwill have some older guys to compete with. I think most of us are in that 30-40 range now.
