Round one FA is over here are the results for our team.

So we landed the center, safety and CB.  Lost out on the LB and WR.

0899 - Ethan Pocic - C
1442 - Julian Love - S
0907 - Fabian Moreau - CB
2427 - Tremaine Edmunds - LB
4000 - Odell Beckham Jr. - WR

Still a ton of talent in the FA.  Here is the link to the FA listing if you guys feel like looking through it to see if you would like us to target any players.

Chicago is asking if we have interest in either of these receivers:

Chase Claypool (3rd rounder) and/or Darnell Mooney (2nd rounder) but willing to negotiate.

Pick 65 is actually their 3rd round pick. I’m curious who the Texans would trade up for, the RB? I don’t have a problem with the positions, would like to go cornerback a little earlier.

What corners and receivers were on the board?

According to the PFN mock (which I'm sure is less than perfect) the Texans wanted EDGE rusher Lukas Van Ness.

I also wanted CB earlier, but I had to pull the trigger on Rice or find myself without any viable #1 WR at all. He's quick and creative after the catch, but he's also got some size; 6'2", 203. Mims was still on the board, and I think Flowers was too--but after Robinson I don't trust 5'10" 175 pound receivers on this team. 😅

I picked Battle and Rush because they are also over 6 feet and rank highly in press man. And I went safety first because that will be the more immediate need (IMO) if Belton doesn't pan out.

I'm curious... do you guys think we should get a center and guard early, or should WR and secondary take priority?

Go BPA. Based on the consensus draft board, it’s likely that a corner or receiver will be higher on the board. Don’t need to reach for an average center if there are better players available.
