I don’t know the correlation of good strength training staff = less injuries though. Cleveland got an A+ grade on that front and guys are constantly getting hurt for us.

Good training staff won’t mean you won’t have injuries, but having a bad one could definitely compound injuries.

Carl Davis came out and had the same criticism of Baltimore’s staff.

In the seating that's in a stadium with open sides for the wind to go through not in the locker rooms. At least from what I read that doesn't say anything about offices and locker room areas. I don't know a stadium that is open air or at least not a full dome that has AC.

Cardinals with F- Weight Room, F- Training Room, F- Nutrition, F Locker Room, and F Treatment of families. No wonder

A) our biggest recent FA was Justin Pugh several years ago and

B) we went into the opening week against the Chiefs with 10 starters injured already, and finished the season without 4 of 5 starting OL, our top 3 WRs each missed close to half of the season with even more injuries to depth, and a secondary riddled with injury.

Apparently, the weight room has uneven floorboards, which would explain how Markus Golden got injured dropping a weight on his foot.

Also, apparently the weight room doesn't even have enough plates, leading to players benching a 45 on one side, and a 10, 15, and 20 on the other side.

That's one way to respond to C- in Weight Room, D in locker room and C- in food service/nutrition. They're building bigger/better spaces for all three spots. Strength coaches and actual nutrition will have to be addressed, but it's nice to see 3 months after this survey came out, Blank is already making changes. That's fast from a construction/design standpoint.
