holt_bruce81
Mikolas started the game tonight for Memphis. 2.1 IP, 5 hits, 2 runs, 1 walk, 3 strikeouts, 57 pitches/39 strikes
MOSteelers56
Pujols has just been DFA'd. I didn't think that would happen. Didn't his contract have years of coaching or work for the team involved? I hope he catches on somewhere to continue his HR chase.

Also interested to see exactly what this means for that "personal services" part of the contract. I'm guessing this move eliminates that, but I'm not sure.
ttitansfan4life
Playing like a damn little league team. Mets scoring their runs on walks.

MOSteelers56
So it is possible for Webb to pitch without giving up runs. He should try to do that more often.

Someone might bite on him late in the season to help with ticket sales.

MOSteelers56
I love watching Waino continuing to twirl gems. He's such a stud. I'd love to somehow win it all for him and Yadi.

I mean, he's just so easy to root for. But to be pitching as well as he is at this stage of his career is really amazing.
kgarrett12486
Team is playing real good team ball right now. Won 14 of our last 18 games. We picked a good time to have Padres coming up too with all their Covid issues.
MOSteelers56
Goldy looks like a caveman swinging a club when he hits. Especially when he's mashing dingers. His swing is so brutish. In the most complimentary way possible.
kgarrett12486
I love the pop Tyler O'Neill is showing, but man he literally offers nothing else at the plate. He has 2 walks to 30 K's (ouch) and 7 of his 10 XBH have been the HR's... He literally doesn't get on base other than circling the bases...
