No one at the top of any of these teams is sitting back and letting the GM/HC/FO do their thing without oversight and without giving opinions, at the very least. Of course every owner is involved in franchise changing additions or subtraction. It's absurd to think otherwise. However there is a monumental difference from say Jeffrey Lurie who will literally have three press conferences a year post season, post draft , Pre season and you will never here a word from him the rest of the year!!! As opposed to say Jerry Jones who speaks to the media on a weekly basis. Podcasts, pre/post games, discusses injury, who will and won't play. Literally everything he shouldn't be discussing because it's who he is, a media whore! That is the difference from Hands on- Jerry Jones, Dan Snyder, Jim Irsay Hands off - Jeffrey Lurie, Clark Hunt, Art Rooney II, ect..
