Was he ever the highest cap hit on our team? He made $70M in 7 seasons with us. That’s not crazy for an NFL player who was top 3 at his position for most of those years. RBs are a dime-a-dozen in the league now, the fact that the tag number for RBs has decreased each year proves it. You don't draft RBs in the 1st round, you don't extend RBs after their first contract.
