He can't so much as swing a hammer anymore and is organizing the rest of us to help retrofit homes across Austin for other ALS families because he was pissed at how little thought general contractors put in to unique needs of ALS sufferers who progress from general unsteadiness to quadriplegic who can't speak or swallow.
