He can be put in a 5150 hold for mental health evaluation which is a couple/few days and can become conserved by the state for risk to self/others for mental health if a court finds it necessary. Who says they haven't tried? From the messages Chandler Jones posted of a doctor trying to reach out to him, it appears that they have made an effort.
