Bill Belichick did us a favor last week by knocking off the Bills, but now we have to take care of business and get the season sweep over his Patriots. We are extremely banged up right now, however, so even in Miami this will be no easy task. With a trip to Europe looming against the Chiefs, we need to make sure we don't overlook this "easy" opponent.

All in all I expect this game to be tight, even moreso than the first matchup. The injuries on our OL will allow New England to get consistent pressure on Tua, and if David Long and Jevon Holland are unable to get cleared from concussion protocol, our defense will suffer as a result as well. Overall I think Connor Williams' status may have the most impact; the drop off from him to Eichenberg is a massive disadvantage. I think we're the better team, but I'm somewhat worried... my score prediction:

New England 20
Miami 23

Fins Up!

Sadly I'm not sure its going to be that much of a swing, as Liam Eichenberg will see the field no matter what with Wynn going on IR

Vegas has us as 9.5 point favorites. I don't see it, lmao.

I'm not sure even the most optimistic of us would go that far.  They remember this is a division rival, right?

No trade rumors to bring in an OLman?

It would be negligence at this point to not be at least kicking tires out there.

Jevon Holland trending towards playing as well.

Nevermind. No Holland. No Howard. Seems like we are really keeping the bubble wrap on with X. He seemed like he thought he was going to play against Philly. Now he's missing a second straight game. We definitely seem to be taking a more cautious approach to injuries this season.
