He need to be more decisive and vertical when he looks to scramble. He's playing poorly, and he looks terrible in the pocket. And I am the last one not to defend Kenny to date... Both are true. Interior defenders have been rag dolling Cole all year so badly we need to help, and when we do the A-gaps are exposed to blitzers. Kenny hasn't had a ton of step up lanes this year because of that. I'm fine with that only because this team is more than a QB away from anything.

We clearly have so many needs that taking another QB that's not a dude isn't much, and even then it would take a big spending year in FA to really do much. Just give Kenny another year unless somehow we trade up or someone falls to us. Im not advocating we reach or make a desperation pick....but a new OC shouldnt be forced to make due with this scrub unless there are no other options. If someone falls they are high on, they should at least consider it.

Most of us just want winning results. The reality is that you can't "objectively" evaluate Kenny without all the tools in the belt. Many mat not want to hear that, but truth. 1. OL play has been poor to inconsistent 2. Play calling 3. Offensive scheme 4. Overall execution Kenny has not been the root cause of the offensive woes. This is not about like or dislike. We want winning results. Sometimes that takes time. Pickett is playing in game 21 not 34 or 51. Terry Bradshaw would have been a bust in today's game.

Draft is largely a crapshoot, though. People said similar things back when we passed on Lamar Jackson years ago. Again, not saying we should reach or force a pick, but Im all for replacing Kenny if the opportunity presents itself. Im certainly aware we have other needs, but Kenny is just as much of an issue with this offense as Canada is.

Very much agreed, and a big part frustrating me is so much of the "what's wrong" conversation is only involving QB/OC and it's going back and forth like a hot potato. Like the run game is rolling today, but it looks like the pass game isn't working in tandem with the run game. It's like they are at complete odds with each other. They often talk about offense and defense complementing each other, but phases within each side need to do that too and it's just not happening.
