He was like this last year to. Just not this bad, and oline protected better. He wants ball out his hands as fast as possible. He dont want to step into the pocket. The five wide spread, quick throw offense spread offense. Downing talked all off-season how Carr would have more freedom and input in this offense. And this is what we get.
