DoleINGout
thomas brown on the other hand would be a poopy hire. unless he is relegated to a position group
DoleINGout
wasnt aware of this guy at all but definitely intriguing option. would take over caley, mcdaniels, and probably thomas brown too

Only candidate brought in for an interview in person.
DoleINGout
my guess of most likely: Caley- Pats OC Getsy- Saints OC Engstand- Chargers OC Fleury- Pats run game/TE/assistant HC Kubiak- 49ers pass game/QB coach Turner- Pats QB coach

m haynes
Wanted to add my opinion on signing a coach that was fired by the Browns. I have seen this written and fans mentioning this as a negative. Me I could give two craps. He was not the lead man on the offense. Most teams need a scapegoat to cover managements and HC failures. We are talking about the Browns. Their management history stinks, They are the ones that paid Watson those fools. I say, let see what he can do. Also he was a QB and what I remember, he was a gamer and he worked hard with his limited skills. Hope that helps him going forward.
DoleINGout
it could have been worse. it could have been so much worse of a hire.
DoleINGout
I still think Brian Fleury could be brought in as assistant head coach/pass game coordinator. Nick Caley possibly too for that role but I would think he goes elsewhere after being passed up like three times by the Pats.
LD696
Meh, well, hmm, alright, let's see how it goes. At least he's an outsider who worked on succesful teams.
IheartMyV8
4th OC in as many years... really curious how the vibe starts out in TC. This is like going on that first date after a divorce...
