Disgusting. Vince Lombardi must be spinning in his grave.

This is the world we live in where football games are postponed due to snow

This has to be a joke, right? As much as we love this game it shouldn’t come at the risk to safety and life.

Kind of a dumb take. Would the Steelers have the same disadvantage of as the Bills if they win? Why even bother playing the game if you’re just going to jump to that conclusion?

Player, fan, employee safety >>> every thing else

Warren Sharp is not a smart guy.

Exactly. It's already heavily expected, understably so, that the Bills are gonna win and that's all the media really wants and is gonna talk about.

They should just changed the venue. Is there any guarantee that they won't have the same issue on Monday?

Perhaps. It’s complicated. Buffalo would have been robbed of home field in the process. Not sure what the weather is looking like for Monday.

It's not like there was a blizzard during the Ice Bowl either.

Edit: I’m not sure what your point is, because I don’t know if there was a blizzard back then or not lol. Can’t tell if this is sarcasm.

There wasn't a blizzard. But a fan did die due to hypothermia and several players were treated for frostbite. Not sure why some people want to romanticize that or not work on making sure it doesn't happen again in the ensuing 57 years. 🤷‍♂️

why not play the game in another place such as  Detroit  Cleveland, close to both teams and still outside.

How is changing the venue a better option then changing the date? Change of venue removes homefield advantage and causes massive losses in ticket revenue while also screwing over home fans that wanted to see their team live in post season play.

if there aren't legit blizzard threats at the new location, then it is safer for the fans. They don't want a stadium full of people that can't go home.
