The smoke around Atlanta getting an expansion team has been building pretty steadily. They think better ownership and a change in stadium location will help. Atlanta put in the official request last month. It'll take some time, but I have no doubt they'll get it. Much like the pre-1995 Seattle Mariners, the Coyotes only true achievement is being allowed to continue even existing.
