"Hello darkness, my old friend
I've come to talk with you again
Because a vision softly creeping
Left its seeds while I was sleeping
And the vision that was planted in my brain
Still remains"

Hello darkness, my old friend

I'm back on hallucinogens

The due date for my salary's creeping

The front office is surely weeping

They didn't trade me, so in their *** I've been a pain

I'm insane

It's Jordan Love's new offense

Bob McGinn, who has covered the Packers for decades, said in a podcast with Tyler Dunne of GoLongTD.com that the team is ready to move on from Rodgers.

“They are done with Rodgers,” McGinn said, citing his own instincts, his knowledge of the league, and “discussions with someone who [has] first-hand knowledge” of the Packers. “He’s not coming back. I mean, they’re disgusted with him, and they’re done with him. And they’re moving on.”

McGinn added that he’s “totally convinced” Rodgers won’t be back as the starter.

Boosting the belief that Rodgers will be gone, as McGinn explained it, is that the team fully believes in Jordan Love, and that the team is ready to turn the page after trading up and making Love a first-round pick in 2020.

McGinn predicts that, if Rodgers does insist on returning, he’ll be the backup to Love.

So, why haven't we heard anything after his journey into darkness?  🤣

In restless dreams he walked alone

So high he lost his cellular phone

Hit up a store to buy a postage stamp

His letter won't arrive before training camp

When Aaron is gonna make some dumb demands

And piss off the fans

And resume all this nonsense

In absence of the light he saw

No reason for him to hem and haw

About his choice to stay in Green Bay

Where the women all smell like ash trays

And the vocabularies are less than twenty words

It smells like turds

Like him they don't trust the science

Wide receiver Allen Lazard can become an unrestricted free agent next month and he said that his five years with the Packers have left him with “high expectations” for what he’d look for in another organization.

Lazard’s comments about the bar set by playing for head coach Matt LaFleur and with quarterback Aaron Rodgers might lead some to believe that he’ll be doing all he can to stick around Green Bay, but Lazard pivoted to a different message during an appearance on SiriusXM NFL Radio. He said he’s “just excited to see what all my possibilities are” once free agency gets underway and said that he hasn’t heard anything from the Packers that would keep him from hitting the market.

“My agent, I believe, has started to talk to them a little bit in recent weeks, but they haven’t said anything as far as preventing me from going to the open market,” Lazard said.

Lazard set career highs with 60 catches and 788 receiving yards in 2022.

Aaron Rodgers has emerged from his darkness retreat, according to the owner of the facility in southern Oregon where the Green Bay Packers quarterback spent the past several days and nights. The 300-square-foot room in which Rodgers spent his time is a partially underground structure devoid of light, with a queen bed, a bathroom and a meditation-like mat. It is fully powered, and the lights can be turned on from inside the room.

Rodgers, 39, is under contract with the Packers for $59.465 million guaranteed if he plays in 2023.
