I can get behind this, we've already stolen everything from the NFL might as well steal their playoff system. But it still doesn't shorten the season, which no matter how we choose to tackle is going to be tough. If we're gonna chop the season down, I want to avoid the week 14-17 injuries where teams obviously tank/rest/IR players because the season is over for them.

I don't deny this but I deny the fact we'd only let 25% of the BDL teams in the playoffs. Look at your own team, did you expect to make the playoffs last year? If Cam was 100% you'd have a shot at the bizzbowl. Look at my team last year, I nearly beat Seoul twice and made the playoffs with Derek Carr at QB wouldn't have happened if it was 4 teams in the playoffs.

I mean you've got 6 weeks before it drops, if you want to get into it now is the time. Entire collection of KH games is on PS4, at minimum I'd say KH1+KH2+Birth By Sleep are the must plays. (They're like 40-60 hours a piece) Not to mention all of the spinoff titles which are kind of necessary to the story, plus the movie and the mobile game but the movie basically explains the mobile game. It's a mess to say the least, but IMO it's worth it because the story and games are all fun as hell.

Nah man I'm all for digital, but console games should continue to have physical disks. If only to keep copies of games around after servers for a generation shuts down and games are lost for good.

No.1 they're still working on the game (expect a big day 1 patch) so like they're still not gonna let you play it just yet. no.2 They set a release date no.3 The people that want a physical copy/expect it to be out in late January suddenly hear "KH3 is now selling digital copies" no.4 you can buy it digitally. It's been out for pre-order like 2 weeks on Xbox and I think PS4 got it this week. Really hoping the Xbox Version is playable on P.C because I have longed for the days when a KH game is playable on P.C via legal means and non emulation means. Xehanort damn you 358/2 days. I wonder if the switch will get a port at some point or if they'll just never do it.

Mate ya gotta make your stock in advance, especially when you're betting on the game more or less being your big hit for the year like SE/Disney are. I'm sure SE has other titles coming out for 2019 but I can't think of one/ a bigger one.

Fair point but still there's no way the Raiders are building that stadium in less than 2 years. (They started September 27th of this year If I remember correctly) I'm sure the practice facilities will be finished before then but not the stadium. Either way the draft in Vegas seems like a great way for the NFL to help push for legalizing gambling even though fantasy has long been their main gambling fix.

Yeah one of the things we should knock out in the off-season is a backlog and organization of the old forum's rules into a single thing. (I know @SirA1 more or less did the backlog bit so thanks for that) But we need it all edited together so we can just refer to the master document version of that. Plus probably updating and familiarizing the basic rules so we can adjust them if need be.

It's been 3 months so I'm sure they've made a decent amount, but delays are a thing (Hell the rams stadium was delayed a year) so at best it would've taken them 3.

The construction began on the stadium in September of this year. For comparison the rams stadium (started construction in 2016) isn't opening until 2020. It might be their first year in Vegas but it won't be in that stadium.

Weird how the Raiders probably won't be in Vegas by then but cool.
