And 100% agree on Trippier, he has been extremely impressive. I think the voters are just lazy and like to give both awards to one player, less work for them. You aren’t going to score when there is a whistle every 30 seconds. No rythm whatsoever right now.
LeeEvans
England's ability to play out from the back under pressure is really quite impressive. It's amazing how far they've come in that regard under Southgate.
LeeEvans
Brilliant ball from Alli. That looks a little too lackadaisical from LIngard, Kane was on the penalty spot waiting for a tap in.

The players, Colombian's in particular, seem hellbent on doing what they are doing. Calling the foul by Kane would’ve been a good start.

That is hardly a good enough reason to blame him for the game being out of hand.

It's July 4th we should celebrating our unity with England just like the holiday intends, I say well done to the referee.
LeeEvans
That looked a penalty to me. That was well done from Sterling.

LeeEvans
Hmm. That is a weird one, Lingard sort of kicks into Sanchez but Sanchez has dived in and not gotten the ball. Probably a good no call but not necessarily the right one.
sunnygsm
Fine with the no call. Defender barely touched him that time.
PAW
For England to win it all, they need to bench Lingard. He isn’t a CM. Really struggled today. Typical Cuadrado.

I don't think he really touched him at all, he just slid into the space that Lingard was running into and didn't touch the ball. It would have been harsh considering an already questionable call against them.
