I may not agree with Hoy's rankings but I do love that he's not afraid to be different in them.

Yeah, he's been battling injuries this year but his potential is through the roof. He's not going to have the stats but he's a guy that you trust your scouting group on. His draft range is top 5 to late lottery/early playoff portion of the draft.

He's much quicker than his brother and is an absolute stud defensively. At worst you're getting a very good backup PG but if he reaches his ceiling he could be a solid starter, not anything special but he plays winning basketball.

Realistically Culver and KPJ could surpass Barrett and Reddish on NBA boards.
