He's not going to have the stats but he's a guy that you trust your scouting group on. His draft range is top 5 to late lottery/early playoff portion of the draft. I have the same reservations about him as I did about his brother. He's small and not a great athlete or shooter. I think he's, at best, a decent back-up PG. At worst you're getting a very good backup PG but if he reaches his ceiling he could be a solid starter, not anything special but he plays winning basketball.
