He is, and will always be one of my choices for greatest QB of all time, and while I wouldn't put him number one, I'd say he deserves a spot on this list. Maybe if we were ranking the best QBs in a Dome...then sure, Brees is your man, but there is no denying the evidence. Just look at his splits between Dome vs Outdoor games through his career. His 109 Dome games vs 115 non-Dome games...his QB Rating drops from 102.5 to 90.3; Comp% from 68.8 to 64.4; Y/A from 8 to 7.1; Yds/Gm from 312 to 252; TDs from 256 to 192...yet his INT #s are EXACTLY the same at 105 for each. All these other QBs top were able to succeed in outside environments...Manning being the only other Dome QB, and I agree, he shouldn't at the top either. Having the Dome, especially as the home environment, is a huge benefiting factor for a QB. Just look at Stafford and Luck and the crazy numbers they've been able to put up. I am NOT comparing Brees to them, and I'm not denying Brees is not a QB, but his stats you are using as evidence are highly skewed, thus, cannot be used as 1:1 evidence, IMO.
