Sunday will be Pepper Burruss' last game with the Packers, sources said. The long-time member of the training staff is retiring. He spent 22 years as the team's head athletic trainer until four years ago, when he was reassigned to Director of Sports Medicine

The image kinda looks like it was taken while he was setting a landspeed record and the intense wind pulled his entire face backwards

Groins and Hammies are usually because of lack of stretching.  Have to warm up the muscles and stretch.  No expert by any means.  Whatever they are doing it's not working.

That's a factor, but another and possibly even bigger and more overlooked factor is muscle imbalance, and that fault would lie with Mark Lovat and his S&C staff.  I used to work with an extremely intelligent and knowledgeable individual who had S&C experience in the NCAA and also worked with some NFL trainers, including Lovat, and according to him, Mark Lovat is (or at least was...this was 10 years ago) incompetent at best and only got the job to begin with because of daddy's connections (Tom Lovat was a coach on the GB staff when he was hired).  Take that for what it's worth...
