Updated earlier this week. Starts Monday April 8th EST 8am. 1 hour time slots but they are fixed. Just don't be that guy that holds up the draft for an unlikely trade and you'll be good.

It's one thing to wait a bit to hear back on a trade that is being discussed or to slow things down for a couple hours if you are busy are trying to work a trade.

But holding things up just on the off chance someone makes an offer is frowned upon.  

Also, if we get far enough ahead(like a day), we will move everything up 24 hours.

I think I'm gonna get blackout drunk after work tomorrow and hopefully wake up Sunday night when the thread is open.
