Neither Dez Bryant nor Jason Verrett are signed to contracts in the NFL for 2019. The BDL FA Cut rule works like this. 1. Is the player a RL FA. If Yes see #2 2. Has the player played in an NFL game in 365 days. 3. If that answer to #2 is no then you can freely cut them.
