On the other hand, if we're in for a guy like Bell, I think this might make EDC a little more likely to be aggressive with his offer since he's been gifted an extra 3rd and a big signing wouldn't just be canceling the Mosley comp pick. He was good his rookie year. But never good enough to warrant this. I'd have offered him like 8M per even given all the monies we have.
