Sleeper can handle mid-draft trades... However, I don't see a way we can push our pick times beyond 90 seconds. A 90 second per pick draft of 10 rounds (14 owners) would mean the draft could last a maximum of 3.5 hours. In all likelihood, it should be closer to an hour less than that, but I can't in good conscience impose a significantly longer draft on owners when we've got guys on the east coast that will be drafting and we're planning on starting at 7:00PM CST (8:00PM EST --> means it COULD last until 11:30PM EST for them). When August 1st hits, I'll send out a bunch of league information to everyone in one large post. In terms of the transition from FleaFlicker to Sleeper. We'll plan to make a full transition on August 15th (Keepers due August 14th) and I can take care of the rosters (10 keepers per), but I could use help if someone is willing to re-organize/check 2019-2020-2021 picks on Sleeper to make sure everything is properly allocated/matches up (with our FleaFlicker league). That person would obviously receive co-commissioner status. I normally wouldn't ask, but I have almost zero spare time at the moment. Perhaps not this year, but maybe for next depending, we could look at a hybrid draft - a slow draft here for round 1 or maybe into round 2, then a fast draft on sleeper for the rest. I imagine most of the blockbuster deals get worked out in the early rounds as the draft falls. Though 90 seconds is definitely a nice incentive to work that **** out quick.
