He was hurt, without a doubt, but he wasn't out. Pereira gets some quick stoppages. Feel like refs are afraid to let fighters take damage vs him. That's a stoppage that might be a little early, but it's one I can see a lot of refs pulling the trigger on. He got clipped and then fell back semi limp after follow up shots, not good.
